Our Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). After we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
